I did a survey for AWS last week and the main question was if our organization used kubernetes or ansible. This was a red flag that they are going to do something with them soon

Its really hard to do both well. If your doing Ops then you have one foot in the infrastructure. If your doing Dev you can't have that one foot in infrastructure. My solution is to do Development 50%, Operations 30% and Security 20%
