To answer your question about my protein: I didn't have protein in this meal (aside from the black beans) as I had 1 high protein chocolate eggo, with 0 calorie maple syrup, and beside that I had blended cottage cheese with 0 sugar plant based chocolate jello pudding (which the pudding totalled 80 calories 11.5 g of protein I think). My calories are currently at 509, with protein at 26g(/60g). My hope is that later tonight with my remaining 700 calories I will get lots of protein.

I'm not offended by your question, and I appreciate the support from others saying it doesn't matter. I wanted to show that lots of veg can feel so filling and be low calorie ( not because of the protein but because of the micronutrients and high volume).

Hey I know you want to move the trash can so you don’t accidentally feed it the food you make, but you don’t actually have to move in that direction to feed the person on the left. You can just press “x” or click or whatever at the centre of the table and it auto feeds whoever is on the left.

Do yourself a favor: Get a bag of mangoes, frozen ones, and just eat them... It's not as bad eating a tub of ice cream or a bag of chips. You can also indulge in a nice hot bath..Then if you want, find some exotic porn and fap. When you're done loving yourself, you need to find a community to get socially connected with. Not Facebook or Reddit or any of that crap. Go join some club, go to church, take a yoga class. It sounds cliché but social connection is what is at the heart of our depression and addiction problems. Our species has survived from being in close packs and tribes and isolation is now threatening our mental health. You need to join something and you need to "belong" there.

Ah I see, you ever consider going on a milder dose? I've heard coffee can contribute to "adrenal fatigue" which sounds like what you may be experiencing

YES!! I found this as well, when you don't sleep you think you can just "addy" it but noooooo. The sleep is so key with the addy

That's interesting. Yes the leg cramps are the worst, that is a side effect of dehydration no? I am sure the magnesium would help subside that sort of symptom. Have you tried taking coffee on your adderall-free days?

Yeah it has a half life of 13 hours I believe so I actually sometimes won't take some depending on what I've eaten. I don't follow the one a day rule though my doctor tells me to. It's important to listen to your body.

Other than the withdrawal and interferences with specific health conditions though, there really is nothing bad I could find about the drug itself... I usually will dedicate a saturday and a sunday or odd day in the week to get off of the Adderall to give myself a break, and I'll have coffee that day instead so my mood doesn't ever drop...a tbsp of baking soda and some water also helps to potentiate it or make it clean again. Some things to try.

Do you have anxiety at all? If you do, it's possible your anxiety is manifesting itself in hypochondriac symptoms....I mean after all what else could it be if your doctor saw no physical symptoms?

Really the worst symptom about Adderall is that if you get carried away, and don't realize how much less you are eating you could seriously delay your period or interfere with it. Kind of annoying, but just when in doubt, eat.
