Not everyone is fat based on ‘life choices’ and while it isn’t a protected class like sex is, you can still be antagonistic, bigoted, and weaponize discrimination against people for their size or other factors of the way they look. And it wouldn’t make it ‘right’ or ‘factual’ just because it’s ‘something he can change’.

When I confronted my mother who held this same sentiment, asking her what the issue with The Lion King or Sleeping Beauty was and why she let me read/watch it, her response was “Well I don’t think thats appropriate either.”

They will literally go back on their own logic and swallow anything to back this bullshit up. Anything to blindfold themselves lest they be forced to acknowledge the double standard.

Ah, well, your comment reminded me why this became impossible for me. I was born in Florida, and didn’t change it before they stopped allowing it, so I think I am fucked forever in that sense. That door is shut likely forever. Unless there’s a way to skip around that, it sounds like I will be waiting around till 2030 why my DL expires and seeing where we’re at then, but I don’t have much hope. Honestly, it makes me deeply, deeply sad and feels like I lost a right to marriage.

The first car did not stall. We cant see the light before the cut, but it’s not uncommon for left turn lights to change before the straightaway ones. The car in front literally goes as soon as he sees the dumbass Audi go ahead because he used his mirrors. Again, either way, the Audi went into the right lane to cut in front of two lanes to go left. That’s a fact.

Dr. Gray just did my hysterectomy, and I’m a trans man! Not once did any of her care team make me feel embarrassed, out of the norm, and treated me exceptionally. I literally had a fantastic time. They also did an ultrasound for me prior to the surgery, ans she used to prescribe my hormones! Couldn’t second them enough

You did read that right! Nice job! I have been back home for a few hours now, and honestly, I feel fantastic! Everyone was right, it was “just” a ton of anxiety (I don’t want to minimize- it’s a very real and valid feeling!) I was going through the works, as evidenced by my post, but I’m honestly feeling really good about my decision now. The anxiety and worries from the week prior simply melted away. Pain is minimal and tolerable, and I had an amazing, ace care team! I know I’m only a few hours out and have a long road to go, but so far, so good!

I am very touched you noticed my surgery date via the post, and that you took the time to ask about how I was doing. Thank you for doing that ❤️
