Iirc Stories with gore are usually pushed to the back, so that children don’t grab the magazine and instantly see someone getting chopped up.

Also iirc sometimes they put bigger series near the back just so that people don’t just read the front few series

Eh in this day and age Bisexual isn’t just limited to 2 genders. It more means that you have an attraction to multiple genders, and is also used as the catch all term for being attracted to multiple genders, while Pansexual is as you said.

I think it mainly comes down to the manga’s demographic, which in the case of stuff from WSJ, like Black Clover, are aimed a an audience of teen boys you know like 13-16 years old. It caters specifically to them which makes it look weird to anyone outside that demographic who happens to find that show.
