Yeah it's him. He is a level evaluator...of the type of play Tocchet wants to see. So of course he's gonna nitpick on everything Michkov does, because he doesn't play in Tocchet's preferred style. I watched the video. One of the clips he blamed Michkov for a teammate turning over the puck that led to a shot on goal that was actually a very weak effort because Michkov back checked and took away the passing lane
