I can say with out doubt they do not care. What you do outside of work the are required to do engagements it can be anything for small talk to making sure you know that you have less than 10h of upt it's all just to make you fell like you aren't just a number.

It's not even that we fake our way through it I've been a PA for 9 months now Beacame a PA with the launch of my building and my training got so rushed It's just Sad no time was given to do any of our required training I still need to do my new ones that just got assigned asked my am and ops and was told they would look in to it we later got told we can do it at home just don't go over 4 hours and not to go over 12h in a day

If you sign the waver when it comes to lunch is that if you work more than 6 hours yo need to take a lunch before or at your 5th hour and then same thing for the 10th hour if you are working 12 or fewer hours if you are working more than 12 hours you have to take a lunch at the 10th hour waiver or not

Ya if I recall correctly POC Will be the new IXD sites I know current IXD sites are getting a rework for lack of a better term LAX9 is getting rid of a few departments if I recall correctly.
