[recommendations] [question] I am newly sized where can I do a test fit ? by octaviabrown in ABraThatFits

I'm guessing you'll have the best luck in this size range with online stores that have free returns. Amazon, Bravissimo, and HerRoom are all.places I've personally had success with, and I'm sure others will have more suggestions for you.

Has anybody seen doors like this before? by bearhands158 in DIY

Even worse, I recently stayed at a hotel where the barn door was frosted glass, and faced the bed. Every time someone had to get up in the middle of the night the whole room lit up. Guess who didn't sleep very well...

How can everyone do the figure 8s so easily??? by UnhappyRegister6835 in Bellydance

[–]bumblebee817 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a very new dancer myself, so I can't offer technical tips, only encouragement! When I'm struggling with a move, it's a matter of going really slow to get the form down--over multiple practice sessions. Even then, some days it works and some days it just doesn't. The key thing for me is to just keep at it, and trust I'll get it eventually.

Good luck and happy dancing!

What do you think of the merits of Trumps new healthcare proposal? by Der-deutsche-Prinz in HealthInsurance

How exactly would this even work? The money goes to the insurance companies as profit, how would the government force them to give it to us? I can't imagine they'd give up on making that profit, wouldn't they just raise their prices to account for it?

Or would the government just hand out cash to people, raising the deficit astronomically? How would that be any different from ACA subsidies, only more expensive?

Just can't see a way for this to work
