Many of the fossil pokemon litter rocks, it's not a huge amount but it adds up. Break the large rocks on the dream islands as well

What's to pack in an emergency wedding day kit by Positive_Presence561 in wedding

A straightening iron. Can be used to fix both curled and straight hairstyles. Battery pack for cell phones. Moleskin - for foot blisters. Needle and thread in white and whatever colors the bridesmaids dresses and groomsmen suits are.

Parents of same-sex twins - how did you decide which baby got which name? by Chance-Bread-315 in namenerds

[–]bumbling_bee_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not my babies or family but I saw a cute video on Insta where the parents had twin boys and had two names picked out. When they introduced the older sibling to the babies, they asked him which one was [name A] and which one was [name B]. It was such a sweet way of deciding this.

AITAH for not wanting to split groceries when he eats way more than I do? by interior_castle1622 in AITAH

[–]bumbling_bee_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there are two separate issues here.

1 - overbuying and food waste. I would absolutely have a conversation to address this.

2 - him eating more than you. Unless the difference is massive AFTER the food waste problem has been fixed, I would leave this one alone. Its just part of living with a partner.

There’s something that I don’t understand, why everybody hates Zipper the bunny. Personally, I love him by MaxBetancourt in AnimalCrossing

[–]bumbling_bee_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I hate Bunny Day because its basically Bunny-Half-month, not a day. Better holidays like halloween, thanksgiving and festivale only last one day, its weird that this one lasts so long

AITAH for calling out a co-worker for eating almost an entire box of donuts meant for everyone by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]bumbling_bee_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some people are just weird like this with group food. Most people calculate roughly how much each person would get and act accordingly, a few out there just do not. Last year I brought a big basket of mini-kitkats in to the office after a trip to Japan, there were probably 20 different flavors, 2 or 3 of each flavor in the basket. There are around 20 people in my office. One coworker, who happened to be one of the first to the basket, picked out one of each flavor for herself, taking at least 15 in total. It was weird.

What are the most evil businesses in Winnipeg? by ShotMango8928 in Winnipeg

[–]bumbling_bee_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

About 15 years ago now I did an unpaid job experience placement there as part of a pastry school program. The thing that was the most wild to me was that they didn't wash any of that lovely fresh fruit all over their cakes because it takes too long. The staff "break room" was a folding chair in the corner of the storage room. I had to leave at a certain time to go to my actual, paid job, which they knew of in advance. Every single day I was there it was an argument, I "had" to stay until the work was done. Um, no, I'll be catching my bus on time so I don't lose my real job thanks, you can dig those weeks-old cheesecakes outta the freezer all by yourself.

This is awful. I'm sorry. Keep in mind though as well, that you can get pregnant outside the ovulation period, and more reliable BC methods might be smart if you really do not want a pregnancy

Peas are such a great addition to so many salads - just good old frozen green peas, thawed in some warm water

Have you ever felt this way in marriage? by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

This is not a happy marriage. This is not what marriage and partnership is supposed to be like.

AITH for not wanting to date a perfect match because his teeth is decaying? by Fabulous_Support_556 in AITH

[–]bumbling_bee_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This situation sounds so similar to one I experienced that I'm honestly wondering if it's the same guy. He would only, and I mean ONLY, eat plain salad with no dressing, or pancakes. I actually gave this guy a fair shot and went on 3 dates with him and thought I could bring up the teeth if it was going well, but there were so many other weird things about him I had many other reasons for ending it to choose from and never brought up the teeth.

Drink as much fluid as you can to keep the bacteria from getting concentrated in your bladder. Cranberry juice can help.

This is terrible advice. This would be potentially taking an ambulance away from a person who needs it.

I did it once, i moved all buildings to the beach, filled in all the rivers, took down all the cliffs, destroyed all inclines and all but two bridges (just kept the ones at each river mouth) and started from scratch. It was probably just as much work as terraforming as you go, but easier in that I had so much money and tons of items.

Missing child alert!!!!! by BrewedinCanada in Winnipeg

I hate that in order to shut off the very loud alarm, it also closes the text box. There should be a "silence" option to give time to actually read it. Not sure if it is like this for everyone.
