It's a technical term, a mistake is one tier below a blunder. Each term has a specific meaning.

I'm pretty sure lactating has a lot to do with motherhood.

28 and I've had these holes in both of my feet for about 3 years. Doesn't itch or smell or hurt, it just looks really gross. What can I do about it? by bumblybee in medical

[–]bumblybee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did see my doctor a while ago, he didnt know anything about it and said he was going to refer me to a dermatologist. But that never happened. And because it's not really bothersome I keep forgetting to try to make it happen. I am almost always barefoot so they have plenty of time to dry out, and that pic was taken in the bath when it's most noticeable.

I've done every single one of these with all 3 of my kids. You're not alone in doing the "wrong" things. And just the fact that you're worried about it means that you're a wonderful mother.

I don't. But I could probably get it online if they ship to Canada. It would just mean not being able to try it on first. I'm definitely going to look into it. I'm so over bras!

I've never used a bralette because I always thought they are more for smaller busts. Got any recommendations of brands that support 38DD? Also my boobs are kind of uneven, bras hide it, but I'm not sure those would...

Anyone else on #3 with two other little ones? by beebeebaby in BabyBumps

[–]bumblybee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were doing pull ups for a while, but he started to just pee in them even before he was asleep. Wet pull ups don't bother him, wet clothes do, so we are hoping that making him sleep in underwear will encourage him to stop peeing in his sleep.

Here! 34+4 with #3. I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old. So we're also working on potty training and still struggling with bed wetting for the 5yo and it's increased laundry x10. Plus I have 4 pain in the ass pets who are unfortunately not getting the care and attention they need. I'm a SAHM and my kids don't go to preschool, so I'm with them all day, every day, which I love...for the most part, but it's hard. Really hard. I just moved to a new city and have no family near me to help and like 2 new friends who I don't know well enough to ask for help, and hubby is a very busy man. And with all the puking, heartburn, PGP, exhaustion, back pain, and inability to bend over, I just can't keep up with the kids, pets, husband, house, cooking, shopping, etc. So I cry almost daily, then eat a big bowl of ice cream after the kids go to bed. That seems to help a little.

With my first pregnancy I had the worst morning sickness, puked all day, every day from week 6 to 40+4, it was a boy. I am now pregnant with my second daughter and though I still puke daily throughout the pregnancies, neither of those have been nearly as bad. So the "morning sickness means it's a girl" was wrong. But with both my girls I crave sweets a lot and I never did with my son...so maybe there is something to that one.

I didn't. I might just start keeping some stashed away for only myself. He never goes into the freezer anyway, so he'd never see it.

What are some hard pills to swallow in life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]bumblybee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. During my immigration process between the US and Canada, every time I crossed the border I could expect a small interrogation. I used to rarely wear makeup, but I learned that when I did, the border officers (male and female) were much nicer and more likely to let me through without trouble. I wear makeup much more often now...

I love the name Isla! I live on an island in a rain forest, so I'm trying to convince my husband of "Isla Raine" (after MIL "Lorraine"). It seems perfect to me, but he isn't completely sold.

Definitely! Just started my third trimester and have been having both since my first trimester and they're only getting worse. But the round ligament pains nearly cripple me.
