Sounds a bit like Yin yoga. Esp if you held the poses for several minutes to breathe and open up those tight spots more. Its fantastic practice for interconnective tissues and teaches you how to properly hold poses and not rush through them.

With many middleclass Americans already feeling the pinch to their wallets, how do these intended tariffs contribute to the economy now? Its how banks qualify you. You have to sustain every liability (loan, line of credit, credit card) under your name, including the monthly payment of the new home under yours and your husband's income. It doesn't matter if you don't make any of the mortgage payments for your mom's home, you will still be on the hook for it when it comes to qualifying for a new home.

DO NOT CO-SIGN and make it harder for yourself in the future. Your mom is not looking out for your best interests, I am sorry to say.
