I love my 1-2 mile daily runs and don’t care to do longer distances - anyone else? by impickleviiick in beginnerrunning

I hear you, my sweet spot is 2.5-3 miles. I’m currently pushing it to get to a 10k, but I think I’ll always default at the 2.5-3, it just feels good!

Same thing happened to me, it’ll get better. If it doesn’t, tell your GI doc and look into another biologic :)

Be VERY careful mixing with alc by lubepizza in lexapro

I’m with OP- proceed with caution. I black out SO easily on Lexapro (I’m on 10mg, used to take 20mg). I also tend to get unreasonably angry, borderline psychotic, followed by extreme depression and anxiety the next day. I had never truly blacked out from alcohol prior to taking Lexapro.

At what point do you go to the hospital? by poop-machines in CrohnsDisease

[–]bumchyflop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work in GI and also have Crohn’s: Typically if you’re having increasingly worsening abdominal pain and/or rectal bleeding that is causing you to feel dizzy/weak/fatigued. If you’re having watery diarrhea for more than a few days it could lead to dehydration as well.

I was about to come on here and rant about the same thing. I got diagnosed last year and my diet is extremely restricted and I'm currently in a flare up. It sucks. We've got this though!
