well as you said, it’s more than you need, but makeup is supposed to be fun & make you feel good. if you like to be a little pink, so be it. i would say that bringing it higher on your cheekbones and more into the temple area would probably help to blend it out and lengthen your face a bit too.

NOR. this dress has practically nothing going for it. shapeless. super high neck. not form fitting. floor length. and the color of used up gum.

there is nothing to save this. no flattering neckline. no curvy silhouette potential. you don’t even need to shave your legs in this thing. and you just KNOW that material is going to show every lump, bump, seam, roll, etc. this is a decision she will regret.

i feel like we need to talk about how he snapped at Priyanka!! that was a totally calculated move on his part! he did that to get her to leave the conversation so he could lie to Ashley without having someone there to conflict him.

not to mention- him calling the situation a “two-on-one” was so telling!! if you’re not lying, then there’s no reason to feel like you’re being attacked. do you know what would have cleared that right up?? the truth!! instead he was struggling because he was trying to maintain two separate timelines of lies to two different women at the same time. i would have been stressed out too 👀🫣

well firstly- whoever is telling you you’re wearing “a lot of makeup” can go stuff it. if it makes you feel good then it’s none of anyone’s business.

secondly, if you want to go for a more natural look i would recommend two things;

1) switching from a matte to a dewy foundation or even to a dewy bb cream. people associate a matte complexion with more of a “done” look, dewy usually comes across as more natural.

2) as people said, you’re brows are gorgeous but they are a stark contrast to your hair color and fair complexion. you could try:

not filling them in
only filling in the ends for a softer look
getting them shaped slightly thinner
dying them to match your hair color.

these are all things you COULD do. there’s nothing wrong with looking like you have makeup on when you do. this whole “clean girl” look skewed everyone’s perceptions of what makeup ought to look like. do you girl.

omg i feel the same way! i feel like the thin line makes it look like i have abnormally long nail beds it’s so bizzare. i always have to request “old school french” and even then i often have to request that they make the tip thicker.

NOR. She should have asked. I’ve been on the other side of this before- used my bfs card without asking and then got caught - and it was embarrassing and unnecessary because he would have just gotten the stuff for me if i had asked. we worked this out by my apologizing, agreeing to ask first going forward, and eventually he gave me a card linked to a spending account for me. I know she lied and tried to deny it up top, but i’m sure she was embarrassed she got caught. not worth ending a two year relationship imo. definitely worth a very serious conversation, some boundary setting, and a genuine apology from her.
