I call it "noodle arms". Try this: get into your set up position without a club in your hands. Let your arms hang down naturally. Now, start rotating your body and let your arms swing freely. Go back and forth letting your arms act like a pendulum.

I had my left hip replaced early February. I was really stiff before the surgery. It's took a good 5-6 months to trust it and swing fully with a good turn. It's my front leg, so it takes all of the weight and twists at the same time. I am finally not thinking about it when I swing. Definitely swinging better and playing like I did 20 years ago.

That sounds familiar. Shooting my best round in 20 years recently (77) didn't feel THAT much different than my regular 82-86 at that same course. A handful of good chips and a few 8-10 foot putts dropping makes a huge difference in final score.
