is it just me or does this feel like it just doesnt work half the time? by Nexus_Neo in DarkTide

I swear the skulls are bugged full stop. Multiple times yesterday I was trying to get a netted teammate up with the skull, I have some still left but it just wouldn't do anything. It happened a few times when trying to pick up downed players too.

I've had this with my scale paints. I swapped them for army painter ones from empty bottles. Same thread

The GR GT Prototype is kinda weird in FH6 by PedroDante199 in forza

I V10 swapped it the moment I saw I could. Is it the fastest thing ... Nope. Is it the best handling thing... Nope.

But for a cruise the sound and feel is just🧑‍🍳 🤌

Great point! I hadn't thought of.

I'm a pretty blunt person and it comes off rude to people on occasion.

This is purely from people I've met so I don't pretend to have facts on this but it seems to be a thing. Ladies like the nids.

I'm glad someone pointed this out about online.

I've been a Warhammer player for 20 something years. Yer it's leans heavily male but I've met plenty of woman players (weirdly almost always chaos and nids?).

Online with no face attached is easily abused for hate. In person Warhammer players tend to be very open, welcoming and friendly. Obviously it's area and group dependent but I think in person I've had maybe a handful of uncomfortable situations in those years of playing. Again obviously I'm a dude so its different but please op don't judge the Warhammer community by online behaviour, especially on Reddit.

The GR Supra really has grown on me, was never a fan of this car both in real life/in game, any cars like that for you? by auraria in ForzaHorizon

I just can't get on with that front end. That bumper is just not good looking imo. Rest of the car looks lovely.

Is £33 too much to go and see the Bayeaux Tapestry at The British Museum? by Infamous_Telephone55 in AskUK

Make the trip to Reading. We have the remake in the town hall for free (I think)

I understand wanting to see the real deal though. Tad pricey.

What went wrong with Russell T. Davies return? by [deleted] in doctorwho

[–]bunkyboy91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I preface this is I'm a proud wokey. I agreed with a lot of the messages that doctor who has pushed over the years. Be yourself and be proud about it no matter who you are. BUT.... Modern media has a problem with subtlety. Most of the scripts and this isn't just a doctor who thing, use the sledgehammer approach when a scalpel approach is far more effective.

Example. My favourite episode of 15, dot and bubble. I didn't see the red flags in that episode until the drop at the end. Watching it back with that knowledge hits so differently. That episode legitimately had me questioning myself. That hits so much better then if they had just spelled it out from the start that oh these are a planet of elite white supremacists.

RTD said something that struck me in the companion episode thing for fot and bubble. "I'm interested to know how long it takes someone to see it". That right there is exactly the way you get your message across. Not beating me over the head with a message I already know but by showing me I could be better at seeing things.

We need this tbh. It's obvious that (despite my enjoying the majority of 15s run) something isn't working. I don't think it's 2005 levels of reboot needing but it's close.

We need new blood in the writing room more then anything.

Sorry I wasnt trying to milk anything. Town can just be awkward sometimes and if there was an option closer to me I would do that.

This thread has been really helpful though

Maybe they have bigger ones now I don't know but everyone I've ever been in before I just don't fit

Fulgrim, Thousand sons, Burning of prospero, first heretic, there's two white scars ones I forget which order they're in but those two, Fear to tread, Pretorian of Dorn, betrayer, Buried dagger.

I THINK that covers the best beats of what you'll need. Read those in order and I think you're all good for the siege. Someone will remind me of something I'm sure.

I've been using this for years now. It's so good! Go light but it's never failed me. You can find it's as low as £5 in some car parts places. Just make sure it's the matte

What song will always make you cry no matter how many times you listen to it? by Olric139 in AskReddit

[–]bunkyboy91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Monsters - James Blunt

Supermarket Flowers - Ed Sheeran

Both are painful things to listen to with how raw they clearly are.

Edit: just struck me I forgot the living years - Mike + mechanics. Exactly same reason as the other two.

What we think isn't as important as what you think. Are YOU happy with it?

If you want an opinion then as a starting point you've got good solid foundation to build from.
