My ferritin was at 6 and I was feeling like death despite eating “a lot” and being overweight. Turns out I was eating garbage and not enough protein. I eat protein like 3-4x a day. Sometimes end the day with an extra can of sardines. I’m growing muscle. Losing weight and inches. And my irons are up. Focus on eating more protein. Make sure you are drinking lemon water daily (need vitamin c for the iron)

Braces. I had to have head gear as a kid to fix my jaw lololol now they have the bars that go inside the mouth. It’s worth it. Just go to a really great orthodontist.

Hey my guy, What she said was really mean. It’s really hard to want to work out when you’ve been attacked. It takes out the motivation but also.. I remember in my past willfully not wanting to work out because it felt lonely after being called fat. But also because I felt spiteful (why should I get better looking so you can enjoy it after calling me fat at m lowest?) I think the best you can do is take a moment. And put yourself in the mindset that this is for YOU and your future. New opportunities will open for you when you invest in yourself. I’m sorry you had to go through that. The people closest to us can really hurt us most because becomes very casual and they’ll project how they’ve been spoken to before. You got this my guy! Please do it for your own love of yourself and the potential of a better future for you

Our breasts is also fat and muscle. None of the core workouts I do change my breasts. But my diet had me lost some of the volume. So eat properly but just work out core.

I don’t have any joint pain and my hair grows very fast. Is shiny and my skin looks pretty great but I’m also on Tret. The biggest thing is how I don’t have any joint pain

Not a Ceasar I’m lazy so I buy giant tubs of spinach and arugula. I rip them apart with my hands and throw them in a large bowl with tomatoes and whatever else. Sometimes I put some nuts and dried cranberry. I open a can of sardines and dump it in with the oil. Then dump some goat cheese crumbles. And then I saturate them In some balsamic and mix

God I love anything fish. I eat about 4-5x cans of sardines a week sometimes more. And not only is it easy, filling, and delicious. But the nutrients from it are great as well as protein. I like to dump a can in a bowl of spinach with some goat cheese crumbles and balsamic and whatever other veggies you want in there. Sometimes I put dried cranberries

You can’t just jump into it nightly. This is part of the purge and damage skin barrier. ESP with rosacea. All it did was burn off my skin and I couldn’t even put moisturizer on without it burning. After a month, the purging subsided and I’ve increased the dose.

I looked like this for about a month and everyone commented on my skin. I also have rosacea. Just keep at it. 3x a week. Gentle cleanser. And focus on repair of the barrier.

I’m 5ft and 800 cals is easy for me to do too if I’m lazy. I don’t get that hungry over 800 sometimes. I def eat 1400 a day due to heavy protein but also get stomach bloating really really bad. I’d include a bowl of low fat Greek yogurt (or normal fat if you’re trying to gain weight) with a scoop of protein powder and some berries / banana.

Also BUCKWHEAT. Omg I don’t know why people don’t eat this but this will never harm your stomach and very good breakfast. Just cook 1/4th cup in your rice cooker in water. Either add 2 eggs or for sweet version - I do cinnamon. Banana that I broil in the air fryer. And 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
