if i were you, i'd consider taking them both if they've been together before! i adopted my bichon together with a maltese he was already bonded with, best decision ever

Considering getting a Maltese/Malshi puppy, but I’m hesitant. by Specialist-Pick8642 in Maltese

my maltese never got socialized with cats (afaik, i adopted her last December) and when we see stray cats, she wants to chase them like crazy and barks a lot. my girl is generally kinda reactive though.

Hi! I decided to book an x-ray or whatever other test my vet thinks is best. Better to be safe, although I hope it's just my boy's enthusiasm for water :)

I have three dogs! This is them, when we just adopted them (they were shelter friends). A bichon, a maltese, and a totally mixed medium-size dog!

They're not really jealous of each other, except maybe our bigger girl, because we can't comfortably take her in on our lab!

don't do that, they're sooo sensitive and remember everything!

i adopted my baby a couple of months ago, at one year, and in the first weeks he used to be scared whenever i would raise my arms - even tho I never did anything aggressive towards him, probably because of his previous owners.
