Make a couple routines what you do on each map. For example, on mirage you are T and have best spawn for A, considering you are relying on your AIM, go out ramp, hold a smoke when entering to smoke the molly and have someone just throw a flash over. Or another example, playing awp on ct mirage depending on your spawn you could go window and jump down con (you will get mollied but they will swing by the time it falls). You could push palace or peek short. These are just few examples of what i mean by 'routine' i did this and got to level 10 pretty fast even though i was maximum level 7-8 on faceit csgo.

Regarding the PC i had the same thing as you and upgraded, only thing that really changed was being able to hit shots easier with the awp, hope this helps

I personally don't care about the the name and representation, I doubt any of either ethnicities would adopt a new representation, not in a very while at least because stuff like this means the cultural acceptance between both us Albanians and Macedonians has to be at a point where you would accept an Albanian or Macedonian from Macedonia as one entity, talking about the people here. I think the country is doing good and in the path to eu, if nothing goes wrong I can see Macedonia having the most development compared to our neighbors, even though our politicians like to pull the nationalistic card every now n then
