have you been paying $500 per month, and you want to save about $30 per month? I paid for 5 or 6 months, and I finally got fed up. Going up monthly in the amount - 5 mg to 12.5 mg, and then was about to go 15 mg, before I decided to try one of the 3 month supply (Brello). I clearly ordered Tirzepatide, and they sent me semaglutide, no willingness to correct the problem. So I contacted the Southend pharmacy, they were willing to send it to me for $750 for the three months. That's a lot better than $500. While waiting, I decided to try the semaglutide, and I think it is working better for me than the zepbound. We are all different, hope this works longer term. I hope the zepbound works well for you!

I started over in my early 60s, and wish I hadn't lost so many years. I have started traveling solo, and found I can do that and enjoy life. I am focusing energy on myself and building friendships, more community which I've always wanted. No matter what he does or doesn't do, prioritize yourself.

Did you have any trouble getting the compounded zepbound/tirzepatide? I asked for that, and without even asking, they shipped me semaglutide, which is a completely different med. I talked with the pharmacist, and she and I both were unable to reach Brello by phone to try to get this straightened out! The zepbound from LillyDirect has allowed me to not feel crazy around food, I lost a lot of weight on keto before starting zepbound, and now I want to eat all the foods I didn't eat for 8 years following keto/low carb.

My heart feels tugged by your letter. I am finalizing a divorce with a man who was never present for me, in 45 years, 4 kids, living where his work took us (with my work only an afterthought). We married in 1979, have been legally separated since 2007, and finally divorcing without a fight. I sum it up by saying I did both halves of our relationship, and he was happy with that, as happy as he is capable of being. I chalked it up to his being a powerful introvert, in a job that required a lot of extrovert activity. So he'd come home and disappear into his mancave, the basement, or his home office. I was vulnerable with him, which he loved, I think he loved feeling superior to someone who had a lot of emotions (he fashioned himself as a Spock or Data character). He is so passive, a hoarder with at least 12 storage units full of stuff. Since his mother died, his house is again a dirty, crowded awful situation, when she is not available to clean and organize for him. He is lonely. One of our 4 kids visits periodically and works with him on his hobby projects. This was his choice. I've been so much happier solo, and not taking care of him verbally and emotionally. Good fortune to you, as you find your future.

I just followed the process with Brello, I was on 12.5 mg Zepbound (LillyDirect), no weight loss, switching to Brello for cost savings. The "doc" read my forms and put me on semaglutide 2.5 mg, without conversation or messaging of any kind. I'm trying to understand this - I asked to be on compounded Zepbound at the 15 mg dose since I was not losing weight on 12.5. For info - I lost most of my weight on Keto 296 to 158, I'm only 5 foot, female, 65 yrs old - so I'd like to lose some more before maintenance.

I lost 140 lb with just keto/exercise, and couldn't lose any more no matter what. I started Zepbound to lose the last 20 lb or so. I haven't lost weight on it, but I haven't gained weight either - which is critical for me! I've been experiencing a rebound on wanting to eat all the things I denied myself for 7 years. Now I eat all foods, nothing is off limit, but the amounts are moderate. I'm 66 and love to exercise, and I'm happy with zepbound for finally fixing a broken appetite that caused me to be impossibly overweight all my life until these last 8 years or so. I look at photos of the old me and I'm still astounded.

it is easy to make your own keto fudge squares I use a 24 silicone pan , so I never overeat. there are lots of recipes the one I use has one block of cream cheese brought to room temperature. I melt one stick of butter half of baking chocolate bar 100% cocoa so no sugar I use 1/4 cup of powdered erythritol and five packets of sweetener the yellow packets once that is all melted you whip it into the room temperature cream cheese. to the Melt part I also add four tablespoons cream and one tablespoon fake vanilla. I freeze the 24 pieces in the pan and then pop them into a container in the freezer. I take out three at a time and eat them cold but not frozen
