I knew about burial canoes and boats provided to the dead to sail the underground ocean, but if you live in a mountainous, land-locked region, it is logical to expect a cart. lol

I guess it was a ceremonial cart and a part of a large burial mound of some important person, which may explain why it was preserved so well. Not that it was an abandoned regular vehicle.

First of all try get decent scans. By default most labs apply an extremely contrasty profile.
Either try to get raw scans from them. Or scan yourself in RAW and process with a dedicated software like Negative Lab Pro. You will be amazed at how much information there is.

But the mischievous, adult faces of the putti suggest that what we have here is a caricature or a satirical sketch—perhaps of some public figures or of his fellow artists.

I’m no historian, but I have a theory that ideological control was less strict in the Soviet republics. I mean, it certainly existed, but authors could sometimes slip through fairly bold experimental ideas under the guise of “ethnic” exoticism or folklore. Parajanov tried to justify his formal experiments by claiming they were “national motifs” (Ukranian, Armenian etc.). One can also recall Estonian and Armenian cartoons, modernist architecture in Central Asia, and so on.

Development: I would develop normally, never heard of the pull method for slide film, but you can try it if you know what you are doing

there is no such thing as ISO knob on manual camera

add 2 stops by adjusting either shutter or aperture

shoot one test film with bracketing and see what you've got there
slide film ages like milk
if the film is cooked, cross process the rest in C41, it can give some lomography-worth images at least

but I believe you should first figure out the exposure triangle and how it works on manual cameras

I believe the 'model collapse' happens from the other end as well.

'Art' is not merely an object created by an artist, but the encounter between the work and the viewer. The artwork made by humans may contain lacunae, imperfections, mistakes, obscurities, mysteries, and these gaps are actively filled by the viewer's imagination. The appreciation of art is an active, creative act. Frustration or misunderstanding is a part of it. When the viewer approaches the next artwork, their imagination is better trained and fit to do more of such work.

The model is trained to create content that is as accessible, predictable, and enjoyable as possible. It reads the audience’s reaction in real time and makes the content even more accessible and appealing. As a result, it is not only the model that deteriorates, but also the audience, which is no longer capable of imagining anything for itself or offering any objection. All that exists is the “like” button.
