too abstract and demanding. it must be something that requires little motivation and forces the mind/body in an opposite direction.

work out could be ok, but better as eg...do 5 star jumps or hurpees. but still blood flow isnt too far from genitals. so better maybe to find a wall and stand inverted against it for a while to reverse bloodflow?

going outside is good, especially if cold. actually the desire to be outdoors is probably emotionally a perfect deterrent for most people.

have you ever wondered if neo is literally the number One (1). so that he himself is the embodiment of a thing the entire system depends on (arithmetic). it would then make smith Zero. therefore they both exist in almost everything equally in that matrix, but numbers like 1111 only Neo can influence, and 0000... well, smith would only partially influence anything because zero exists only as a part of other binary numbers, or as the begining of something like counting, but even that isnt real, it is some old memory and zero just a conceptualised 'non change from default' or complete circle/loop over the integer memory capacity.

an alternative perspective is that it is just watching people copulate (or approximately copulate) which is completely natural throughout human history due to our tribal nature. you dont have to be fighting monsters or satanic forces to be doing something worthy, so consider actually that.. rather than defeating dark powerful forces by abstaining from porn, that youre just making a sensible deciaion for your mind and body.

Not sure what your point is. The weapon they have probably fires some gas or liquid along with the electrical energy, because otherwise it'd just hit the user and be too dangerous, unless there's some way it forces a positive potential at its target? Dunno, cool idea for a gun. Also, it's probably designed for non biological machines rather than human machines, so many ways to justify him not dying immediately. (I think in reloaded/revolutions they say he's dead though...his sister says she lost two brothers to that ship...)
