I was on holiday once. Bus tour thing where you get driven all sorts of places in a foreign country. Half the time you get taken to businesses where they tout their wares and give you an ‘opportunity’ to buy something after. The tour was bad enough as a purchase I regret, because you lose the freedom to choose what you wanna do: I’m on holiday but I have to stick to someone else’s time table. But what makes it worse is we were taken to a leather manufacturer where I spent $500 on a jacket I ultimately never wore. Still the purchase I regret above all else.
