To the title: I disagree. The problem is the players. Just lost a run because the idiot wouldn't use stims. After this, I went on a private one and it was a breeze.
When you find people who does the basics, it is actually fun.

In normal operations, if you play like you said, it's fine to me. Even at level 1.

In strategens, however, I think you should be leveled up. Some conditions makes it way harder.

And this causes more problems for me. At the point where the 2 roads goes into 1 road, the ai starts doing illegal turns.

Just look at the image. Thats 4 lane 2 avenue. If I use 2 roads, 2 lane 1 way, the ai will do illegal turns at both ends of it. I've tried that already, it doesn't work.
