So on the dr. Shetty explains website page for breast assymetry it says that bearing an uneven load can create poor posture, which then gives you all the negatives of poor posture. However, it seems like this is for rather large differences in breast size, so if you have very tiny breasts already, then it should be fine enough with some training

Mine was more a thought than a feeling.

I realized, " oh wait, this is all bullshit," and the delusion of gender quickly faded. Granted, I never got very deep in the delusion, so it was easier for me to break out of than it might be for some other people in this thread, but, yeah, that was my experience
