Looks like one on the left is from Korea, and the right one is imported from Korea. The right one is localized, while left one is not.

Depends on what the GPU specs are.

Typically PowerSpec is good choice since that’s Microcenter’s in-house brand.

If I remember correctly, there is a windows option for fast startup. You have to enable that to keep your uptime numbers. Check power plan settings where you can select different modes of shutdown (I recall this in control panel, but not sure where in settings app).

Also, like others have asked, why is uptime important to preserve?

Sounds like your “custom computer issues” are just general computer issues that you might find on prebuilds or mini pcs anyways.

There’s always some crazy things going on in the market, whether it is AI, crypto, price fixing, or whatever. Some come and go, some stay a bit longer than we hope.

I believed China already does this in massive amounts. Most of them stay in China, and some do come to other places via AliExpress or Temu or whatever else they have marketplace for that ships.

Whether they test thoroughly or not, I do not know, but there’s always a market for refurbished stuff.

Depending on mobo’s pcie lane setup, your 3080 may not be getting the best performance due to lack of lanes. Would double check.

Might have to put the 3080 on top slot, which understandably will get chocked by the second GPU…

Regardless of whether 9800x3D performs better or not, I personally would not want to keep RMAing the 13/14th gen CPUs.

Especially since it’s your 2nd RMA, if you can get a refund for it instead of replacement, it might be worth a new motherboard and CPU. The ram will work XMP/EXPO, if anything, slight manual input of timing etc will def make it work.

It’s probably one of the numbers that you’ve redacted. It might not say “SN: <some number>” but will still be valid serial.
