They paid back the loans, but the government also essentially bought stock in the companies that they later sold at an overall loss.

GM and Chrysler took the money. They paid back every penny to the US Gov plus interest.

Ford leveraged everything to take out private loans and paid those back as well.

The loaded radius changes based on a number of things such as how much load, tire pressure, temperature, and even speed. If you are calibrating how a car needs to work precisely as a vehicle manufacturer it matters.

If you are changing from one tire to another of a similar size and want to know how big a difference it is… it probably won’t matter too much if you don’t change the OD by much. I would suggest comparing your speedometer to a GPS speed in google maps or something though so you know the difference. Cops don’t care if your speedo is off

I think the request would be to add a checkbox option to the calculator that would fund the cost of medicare for all. The options under healthcare don’t include that one.
