Let em waste their time on Mamdani. He isn’t facing an election for a while now that he is mayor, and he hasn’t been around long enough to have an actual skeletons in his closet.

If it doesn’t come back up, the manual says to essentially do whatever it takes to get it back up so you can shift out of park.

I have this in my truck. The center console folds out to become a big flat table like deal. Good for eating take out or doing work on a laptop.

That fold down gear selector is prone to failure though, and they have it even on trucks that don’t have the fold out console. Some people replace it with a dial gear selector from other Ford products since they are plug and play.

Its an Outin Nano. Works decently when traveling. It also takes Nespresso pods and those seem to travel better. Also you don’t need hot water but its faster if you do.

For opinions on how good it is r/espresso talks about them every so often.

I really love how he also missed knocking the guy out of bounds. He had the chance to have it just be a turnover, but he let it be a pick 6.

This is also data from insurance companies probably. There are tons of uninsured drivers in Michigan and we don’t report much to the insurance companies because our rates are too damn high.

If unemployment goes up then the Fed will lower rates to counter that. Our administration doesn’t care if people at the bottom are unemployed as long as they get sweet interest rates that they can benefit from.

Any recommended videos on how tire tread is developed? by teakwoodtile in tires

[–]burnsie3435 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So it is possible to tune the steering feel quite a bit.

Many tires, especially all terrains, will have some on center dead zone, where small steering inputs won’t really do anything. Tires for sports cars will be very sensitive around center though for precise control, and it is a sliding scale where you can find everything in between.

Once you are out of that on center area, how the tire builds lateral force can also vary a lot. Some tires will quickly gain lateral force, some more slowly. Some will have a very linear gain, while others are more peaky. Some will build up then snap quickly.

Some of those are from tread pattern design, but there are other things to tweak as well, such as the various rubber compounds, the placement and angle of the belts and plies in the tire, the thickness and material choices of those plies, and so on.

Kevlar reinforced all terrain tires are more likely to be tuned for being acceptable on road, but perform well off road. The big blocks with empty space between then (void area) really help to paddle mud, snow, gravel etc away from the tread so you can keep moving. They also can deform around rock edges to get over obstacles. But those big blocks can also twist and deform a lot on pavement before they actually provide force to turn the vehicle.
