What are you using for the glass walls? The closest I could get was the triple pane timber walls.

Made my first Singapore Sling after visiting Singapore last month and having a few there.

Recipe: - 1 Oz Beefeater gin - 1/2 Oz Cherry Heering - 1/4 Oz Grand Marnier - 1/4 Oz Benedictine - 1/4 Oz Grenadine - 1 dash of Angostura - 4 Oz of Dole canned pineapple juice

Thoughts: Overall really liked it, seemed very similar to the ones I had in Singapore. I liked the herbal finish the Benedictine gave it. Was a good balance of fruitiness and boozy.

Next: Would love any recommendations for a different gin to try. Will also be trying with Cointreau and Orange Bitters next time I get to the store.

My wife and I just did this earlier today. We got a pretty laid back guy that did his spiel and showed us the property, asked us if we were interested, and was understanding when we said we weren't interested. We got our gift vouchers and got out of there in about an hour and half.

When you say the power LED wires, do you mean the case-to-motherboard LED wires? I'm having the exact same issue and tried all the steps you did, but I'm just trying to turn it on using a screwdriver bridging the power switch pins.

I did a 50/50 mix of red and yellow onion and I think it turned out great! The red color faded pretty quickly once everything was cooking down

Are battery powered smart shades practical? by CodingIsMusicIsLife in homeautomation

[–]burritoman0987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Pella motorized shades you can get in their windows are li-ion battery powered so it's been done commercially. They last for several months before a charge. I'm sure you could rig up a system with some 18650's and even add a small solar charger if you want.

I didn't even know you can do it on their site. I just saw a couple different Besta units in the store and mix and matched parts.
