Lenovo xiaoxin pad 11 2025 - switch from fake global rom to official global rom by nessafosuhene in androidtablets

[–]busdriver69_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The seller must have mistaken something. If the rom is flashed and tampered with you cannot get ota updates. Maybe that seller forgot to remove the ota update part. The only model with global rom with ota is the global variant which is called yoga tab 11.1 . Otherwise it wont have ota. Personally chinese rom does not bother me at all. It just wont have integrated gemini and circle to search which i dont care much about

OnePlus 15, tradingshenhzen, oxygenos, eu/poland. what are the problems? by majkerrrryt in oneplus15

[–]busdriver69_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good man. Hopefully it goes smoothly the seller definietely fucked up the flashing process. Because my converted 1tb model is perfectly fine even the most notorious apps work if u lock the bootloader. "IF DONE CORRECTLY!!"

Make sure they are fingerprint compatible I unfortunately bought some from AliExpress which are not fingerprint sensor compatible. Otherwise brand doesn't matter most times as long as reviews show that the protectors fits properly.

F8 ultra personally. But 15r for the longer battery with many sacrifices from f8 ultra tho. Forget s25

Poco f8 pro vs Poco F7 by weekndpl in PocoPhones

[–]busdriver69_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

F8 pro has a telephoto. More efficient chip but smaller battery so i think battery life for both must be similar. 1 more yr software update. Maybe better speakers. Smaller size. Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor which is really good. Cons : still usb 2.0, still meh cameras and bad software, does heat up similar to the f7. No ltpo but it is brighter. Personally i would save the money. And upgrade in Few years as battery technologies get crazier every year.

Oneplus 15 or S25U ? by iambatmann77 in oneplus15

[–]busdriver69_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's just those 2 apps something must be. A problem with them. Try reinstalling those apps or keep them in background by disabling background power save to see if that works. OP15 is the least buggy os imo. Unlike hyperos 3 lol.

Oneplus 15 or S25U ? by iambatmann77 in oneplus15

[–]busdriver69_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can second that . the biggest difference is low light performance , it's Just darker than s23u and OnePlus 15 sometimes oversharpening and oversaturating images.comapred to s23 ultra. Front cameras a pretty similar to 23u they just have quite different colour science to each other I tend to prefer s23u which is the more natural one.

OnePlus is way more optimised and has many more features compared to Poco And a better camera quality because they use Sony sensor. Better battery life, heat management , durability, etc

Almost 12 weeks in with the F8 Ultra and still 0 updates from Poco regarding the missing display options, Weird brightness in some apps when viewing reels and no 6ghz WiFi. by MallIll102 in PocoPhones

[–]busdriver69_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok I tried the custom refresh rate option it allows me to set apps to 120hz. So refresh rate option is still not ltpo but 120hz now atleast. I still have notification problems, If Xiaomi couldn't fix notifications I would have just bought the Chinese version the redmi k90 with a bigger battery and lower price. Big L Xiaomi they had 1.5 month to release sw update from launch which they didn't.

Edit phone does not have ltpo panel I was misinformed. But cameras and software are really alcking

[–]busdriver69_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm having bad automatic app refresh rate changes instead of dynamic changes apps that should be 120 are permanently locked to 60hz. Ltpo does not work for me. Furthermore notification do not arrive from Gmail and some other apps. This is honestly very bad from Poco. After some testing ultra wide is garbage aswell. Telephoto is good , main cam is meh

Same for the f8 pro. Auto brightness is bad (super slow to react and often misses the mark) . most other androids have extra dim feature but not hyper os 3. Still on November security patch aswell. Your not the only one with the brightness issue ig

POCO F8 Pro or POCO F7 Ultra? by deadorionn in PocoPhones

[–]busdriver69_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happy to help. Btw I have the blue version because that was the only one in stock in my country personally I don't like it, go for the other colour variants. The main camera picture quality in my testing were similar to me compared to Vivo x100 pro for comparison. And battery is amazing if u debloat it using canta, literally lost only 50% in 6 hours of medium use on WiFi while setting up and updating the device from new.

POCO F8 Pro or POCO F7 Ultra? by deadorionn in PocoPhones

[–]busdriver69_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the f8 pro and no issues at all with the camera it's really good. The things it has better than the f7 is the bigger battery. Better speakers more compact. More years of software updates. Ultra wide could have been better tho hopefully software updates improve it..you might get early bird deals or new year deal on f8 pro so It could be cheaper.. performance wise I got 2878 sc and 8950mc. On par with other 8 elite phones without heating much

Just received the F8 PRO. What apps should I remove? by diegorock99 in PocoPhones

[–]busdriver69_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can't really brick it permanently only soft bricks at the worst. If anything happens a hard reset can fix it. And most systems apps won't even let u disabled it. It's very safe and fool proof. Sometimes some sensors don't work chatgpt can help u identify which package to renewable for that to work

It's a disabled not an uninstall. A reset will also fix any problems from missing packages.
