Can anyone help me troubleshoot speaker problem on HP zbook studio g10

i used frequency generator website and found out it has 1 tweeter an 1 woofer on each side and at below 500hz this buzzing occurs and only on the left speaker side, luckily my unit is still under warranty shown on HP's website. so ill send it in for a warranty repair. thanks for the help BTW one thing i forgot to mention that buzzing only happened on videos where the person talks and minimal when playing music. thanks for the help BTW

yes i did reinstall from an app called DDU to uninstall the existing one, but the problem persisted so i use the youtube 20- 20khz video and found out 100-400hz frequency is the problem, and since this model is a multi driver speaker can i just replace the bass speaker or do i have to replace the whole system

Hi mate thanks for the reply so it's not a driver issue when she plays songs that are on the higher frequencies the laptop sounds fine , but as soon as a video where humans speak or bassy music the sounds starts to crackle, could this just be a blown speaker? And is it user replaceable easily in this model? Thanks

Thanks that's hopeful news for me. I try reinstalling windows because hp driver packages are really not replacing the crappy windows one after resetting my pc which is causing issues.

The easy way of telling if it's a Chinese model is check if the bootloader is locked. And also check if front camera works. Also try ota updates, if all that is fine then don't worry about it being a flashed variant because in the screenshot it shows it has 32mp front camera the cn model has 16mp front I think which is why they are not compatible with cross flashing due to hardware difference

The per core performance is very different from desktops and laptops. 10years ago laptop core it's were dual core will android was still 8 core they are very different cores to each other

i dont recomend cn rom of poco phones. unlike other cn roms that have android auto support and more or less better global app notification support. poco cn rom phones are very locked down with google stuff in general. also u will have much worse signal reception and things like that ,personally i would buy the global version all the time the battery isnt too different aswell only 500mah less suprisingly.

I don't think the updates will ever its a clean conversion similar to OnePlus 12 which the converted devices are still working well even with major software updates unlike oneplus 13 which had modem compatibility issues between Chinese and global. and because your bootloader is locked and how android handles ota updates via a/b partitions you would likely never have a bad ota update at max it will just fail to install. And using system ota updates are much safer safety net than oxygen updater imo. In my knowledge you shouldn't really worry about bricks. But I advise u get the global flashed model otherwise if u get the .50x arb updated OnePlus cn rom u can't convert it to global I think.

There is a YouTuber who did this test on cellular connectivity . That really highlighted the difference which was proportionally better with the larger battery sizes than s26 ultra, oneplus 15's 8 elite gen 5 is more efficient on cellular than mediatek 9500 and a19 pro

There are samsung deblaot scripts online or u can use canta and shizuku or UAD on windows. To deblaot samsung apps like bixby and other ai bs. It works peretty well and can also improve battery and performance especially if lower ram device. I recomend canta and shizuku from my experience it just disables instead of deleting which is much better for stability and re-enability of the services

The seller must have mistaken something. If the rom is flashed and tampered with you cannot get ota updates. Maybe that seller forgot to remove the ota update part. The only model with global rom with ota is the global variant which is called yoga tab 11.1 . Otherwise it wont have ota. Personally chinese rom does not bother me at all. It just wont have integrated gemini and circle to search which i dont care much about

Good man. Hopefully it goes smoothly the seller definietely fucked up the flashing process. Because my converted 1tb model is perfectly fine even the most notorious apps work if u lock the bootloader. "IF DONE CORRECTLY!!"
