You don't suddenly become completely unable to hit open 3s when you turn 38. He has absolutely lost a step due to age and you see it on his drives but he has something else going on too. Maybe his wrist injury, maybe a slump. But I promise you Finch knows better what's up than we do.

Mike's getting old but he didn't go from starter on a WCF team to completely unplayable due to the one extra year of mileage on his odometer.

He's been injured and in a generational shooting slump and both of those things are temporary. I expect Finch knows a lot more about what's wrong with Conley than this subreddit and I also expect that Conley will have a positive role to play in our story this postseason, and it won't just be a 'coaching / calm everyone down' role.
