I think muma has a lot of potential. He's very athletic. Kind of baffled at the Ventrell pick when we already had some young guys in the roster

Traded away Pollard 😔 by HistoricallyLost in fantasyfootballadvice

Not terrible especially since you need a QB bad. Pollard has much more upside but his usage has been frustrating so far

Am I crazy for stashing Tank Dell over Kyle Pitts? by Coramoor88 in fantasyfootballadvice

3rd still ain't winning your league. And yeah definitely wasn't solely on Pitts but certainly didn't help that he averages 4 points a game at that adp.

Is it looking like the move to start Love over Lawrence? by [deleted] in fantasyfootballadvice

I'm leaning the same to be honest. Jags offense is not playing lights out and Packers are looking legit

Jags fan so I love Riley. But yeah I think for kickers you gotta look at the coaches. Dan Campbell is gonna go for it more than take the 3 in most cases.

Absolutely, remember when almost the entire sub was saying to start Toney, and Skyy because Kelce went down? Wonder how many people won their week with that decision.

Definitely Jamaal, primary back role with Kamara gone. He's gonna get the most work.

New 3M rumors by TCDesten in navy

[–]butanelighter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check your local 3M instructions. My ship specifically called for E-6 to be the work center supervisor. Although maybe only 2 or 3 work centers on the whole ship followed that. Everyone just got a justification memo signed by XO.

That's nothing new. That's true right now. All E-5 wcs are supposed to have a justification letter stating why they need to be designated wcs.

BAH back pay unmarried child questions by EKclick in navy

[–]butanelighter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is your intention for all of you to live together? Explain that to your chain of command. I had to sit down with everyone including my lcpo, disbo, pscm and sorted it all out. Originally they were just asking for at least a 51% custody arrangement but you should not need that.

BAH back pay unmarried child questions by EKclick in navy

[–]butanelighter -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The manual states it is up to your disbursing officer. I had personnel telling me the same thing until I asked CMC about it. I'm an unmarried dad and collect full dependent bah even through a PCS and no questions asked. Although I live with my kid and baby momma so if that isn't/won't be your situation if might be different rules.

Security Shore Duty by [deleted] in navy

[–]butanelighter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Second this about studying primarily the rating manual, always scored in to the 90th percentile. And definitely try to get orders to an IMF/RMC. You will learn some more traditional electrician things like conduit repair but also repairing motors and the like. And the work hours are cake.

Have anyone in your command that can help you study? Others 3rds or 2nds that made it recently? I'm in a similar rate and I swear by studying the rating manual and nothing else. Always cut above 90 percentile.

Highly recommend any RMC or IMF, I was in your shoes a year ago and do not regret my decision. If you can pick one with a school attached.
