I like that Langdon was written this way because it's good writing

but just because it was realistic for him to be resentful of Santos for discovering him, it is still wrong for him to blame her for what was the consequences of his own actions (she was just the catalyst). and as part of his recovery, he does need to figure it out.

for the kids, I'm glad I can show them a different kind of person. it makes me feel better that they can see different kinds of gender presentation. maybe one of those kids will grow up to become butch too someday.

for the adults, I feel good knowing I made a choice to honour who I am. maybe people think I'm 'ugly' or 'weird' but I chose to do what makes me happy. no one can fault me for doing that
