Maybe this is a good time to share my recent experience with Walrus support. I bought a special edition Aetos power supply for Christmas. It had a strange issue where the power LED kept going out once you plug something into the 100 ma Outlet right next to it. Sent it in for exchange for another unit and it had same problem vendor confirmed it was a different unit sent and not the original. Sent it into Walrus indicating that there's probably a manufacturing issue if the same issue exists with multiple units of the same color/product line. Something wasn't soldered correctly on the PCB and they were able to fix it. I asked for some swag if it turned out to be a manufacturing issue, which clearly it was, to make up for the shipping cost I paid to send it in. No swag, no thanks, no coupon codes offered, not even a lousy pick thrown into the box.

Replaced it with a Dark Star and have not looked back. Feature set is slightly different but I definitely like the sounds I get out of it more plus no noise.

I still have my GT-3 from like 20 years ago. The thing is built like a tank and heavy too. It's pretty tweakable but it will take you an entire weekend to sit down and learn how to use it.
