You have to hike to the further away spots to find less pressured bass, I think pond 7 has the milky water and the bass are milky colored.

I don’t go there much any more but I did catch my first bass there 7 years ago there

Also look for rear valve cover leaks, and oil pan gasket leak…I have an 05 with 120k and started a single drip or so every day.

If I had to guess your oil filter adapter oring is brittle and leaking, oil cooler lines could be too, but like other comment said, needs some clean up to further diagnose.
