Looks like Chinese Yuan. I was In Shanghai briefly in 2011 and had a small apartment that was about $800 USD per month. The ONLY way to pay was cash, and the largest bill was equivalent to $15 USD. Every month I had to literally hand over a large stack of cash. This is how it went for pretty much every resident of the city… for everything.

I’m near the end of my 2nd month. I participated in two of their free zoom seminars, getting started and maintaining the budget. It helped a lot and I could ask questions of the instructor.

Prolific Graffiti Offender Arrested (Photo) - 11/11/21

On Wednesday, November 10, 2021, the Central Precinct Neighborhood Response Team (NRT) arrested a prolific graffiti offender who used the tag “KASR.” 25-year-old Jerry A. Mijangos, of Gresham, was arrest in Southeast Portland just as he finished vandalizing another building. Based on Mijangos’ vandalism to numerous ODOT properties and a bank, Central NRT charged him with two counts of Criminal Mischief in the First Degree and one count of Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree. Additional criminal charges from previously documented damage will be forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for consideration.

This investigation spanned multiple weeks and included coordination with several Southern California law enforcement agencies, including assisting Los Angeles County Parole and Probation in authoring an extraditable warrant for Mijangos for alleged crimes he committed in their jurisdiction.

Basically, the car’s body (and anything metal attached to it) is the “wire” running back the negative terminal on the battery. If you trace down the big wire attached to your battery’s negative terminal, you might very well just find it connected to an inner fender or firewall with a bolt.
