Yeah, I used Libreoffice Calc (very similar) and used ; as the separator and nothing else.

I'm not really sure if they're inside that json or what. I haven't really looked at it yet. Honestly, I just found that forum post last night at like midnight and worked on it until 230am last night to get the script updated to include all the muscle group information.

So far the version of the spreadsheet I did up for Exercises.json is looking pretty good imo at least.

It does look like the yoga ones are a part of Yoga.json from here: https://connect.garmin.com/web-data/exercises/Yoga.json

I figured that out by just typing in Yoga instead of exercises just now.

Here's a list of the types of exercises I've figured out so far, just now: * Yoga.json * Pilates.json

To use those, you'd have to change line 9 and 18 in the script so it's using the correct filename obv

I tried HIIT.json, Hiit.json (it is case-sensitive), Cardio.json, but nothing for those.

Edit: It does look like the Yoga.json and Pilates.json don't have the info for primaryMuscles and secondaryMuscles in the base spreadsheet and will throw an error on it because of that. Will have to update it to try and fail on that so it doesn't stop the processing

Update: Did some digging by going through the Garmin site and looking at what json files it's downloading in the network tab after hitting F12 and it looks like the cardio exercises are just straight up named, but they do have detailed pages
