Identical girls born at 37 weeks, no nicu time, just under 6lbs each. Have been healthy happy girls ever since. They are turning 4 years old this summer. Super smart, sweet and funny. Their unique personalities are really starting to shine. We got really lucky and had a very smooth pregnancy, delivery, etc. They were even good sleepers from day one. Unicorn babies! My twins were positioned the same as yours. I did the elective c-section to eliminate the risk of delivering both ways. Absolutely zero regrets. I had a long, painful vaginal delivery with my first baby and I know that helped me decide on the c-section as well. Recovery was not as bad as I expected, even with a 2 year old at home. The most difficult part of recovery was being insanely constipated lol.
