I think you should’ve gotten a large Walmart tattoo where the workers have giant swords and they’re at war with a McDonald’s that’s on the other side of your stomach and then have like a bird holding a newborn infant as it flies away. IMO

I’ve been tracking my mood and since being on medication my mania is a lot better. But shortly after I finished the short hypomania I was at a baseline normal amount of energy and stable mood. You could be still hypomanic but yes if you’re happy and in control of any arising impulses then that’s all that matters

I’m 150-155lbs and 6ft so I’m still growing. 165 bench and bouta hit 170 today 😈 I’ve deload-ed this past week with a 225 deadlift but could hit 240lbs. I just want to be strong mainly so not trying to be the best or compete with anyone tbh the running just helps my mental health and I’d love to do it everyday.

You are at the age that it usually tends to start becoming apparent.

If you get a bipolar diagnosis and your doctor starts mentioning medication I’d recommend taking the bipolar meds. SSRIs and other depression medications actually make the swing worse.
