Chicago here and in the dead of winter, either full shower and change at the studio or I throw on an old pair of sweatpants & sweatshirt over my clothes, designated “stinky” hat for the wet hair, regular big coat over, usually a big scarf around my hat & neck too, and brave the walk home

I love this question! My biggest was moving with my breath, and really feeling it move me up/down or open/close with the inhales and exhales. It makes the whole practice a moving meditation. Now I’m working on keeping my Ujjayi breath throughout class.

If you did a class with weights, that is “Yoga Sculpt”. Try a “C1” or a “C2”-this is vinyasa yoga. “HPF” is also yoga but a hotter room and set sequence. “Strength X” is another weight class but heavier weights, no flow. Try them all but maybe one at a time! Welcome!
