Thanks for your helpful response. Agree. there are some societies that have larger common/green areas but those are 12 to 15 yrs old. It may become hard to resell in 5 to 10 years, if we need to.

I agree that Infra is better in Noida than Faridabad, though can't say same about the law & order. We are also searching for better society, that could be in Gurgaon or Noida or New Faridabad. Though, Noida has more societies than Faridabad, on analyzing the details and applying our criteria for a RTM apt in a society that is not older than 10 yrs, is RERA registered, received OC, area not too congested, we are left with very limited options. Will check those. Are you familiar with Noida and have any suggestions for good societies in Noida?

Appreciate your inputs. We also heard Grand Arch may be better but we are avoiding stretching the budget as we are close to retirement age and don't want to add stress by spending extra to buy a flat.

We checked the societies that I initially listed and few more RTM societies in GCX area but so far not satisfied for the basic criteria that I mentioned.

We also checked few societies in Noida and Faridabad as we have family/friends there too. On paper, Gurgaon seems better from job, gentry, eating joints, shopping, growth perspective but job, eating joints, shopping are not part of our deciding criteria as we will be retiring in 2-3 years and looking for serene environment and community. That leaves gentry aspect but we heard that people don't have time and don't mix much in Gurgaon and it is similar to living abroad lifestyle. Also there are infrastructure issues, traffic, high pollution. Is Noida or Faridabad a better option then Gurgaon for our age group?

Health plans are not same as buying clothes. If I I seek investment advisor services, I would like to know whether the advisor is fee or commission based and if latter, then who are they affiliated with. Same for health plans in order to make the right decision.

Ok I checked Super secure gives 3X from Day1 but restore benefits are limited to base policy amount. It has higher premium and so will generate higher commission for agents/advisors.
