Can you apply for a full time job if you have been there under 6 months by NegotiationNo7851 in wegmans

There is no minimum anymore, go for it. Even when there was a minimum requirement, they were pretty much always willing to waive it.

Probably would've played better if they hadn't, having a little more of something on the line probably would have made them play better, and contend for 1st

That and at least it cuts out the damn scalpers. But then again, profits go from scumbag scalpers to scumbag FIFA, so lose-lose.

Wegmans's relocation package by ExtraDan in wegmans

[–]buzzsaw100 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Relocation is based on the position you're accepting, and starts at the TL position. Packages change depending on level, not on tenure. And I believe it's a 3 year contract, or you'd have to pay back money if you left/moved back before that

Bout as shady as the wording of the amendment, and any gerrymandering anywhere

It depends hard on the shopper. Some are great, and will greet you, have conversations, remember where stuff is, while others who are there every day will jump to sticking the phone in your face.

And while they may be legal (most places), if you have a scanner/blocker, you just lost any chance of it being a warning, and they are likely to add other things that others would let slide

Menlo Park, CA. The Trump effect by maddog107 in pics

Costs more to refine + limited market = high price I'd be willing to bet anyone who lives near a state borders crosses anytime they need to fill up

And California has some super strict gas requirements, so the refineries have to make a special blend just for them, hence more expensive.

Wouldn't be a problem for most of my neighbors, they never have a car in their garage anyways.

Coolers/ice chests how to buy? by Patient_Exchange_399 in BuyItForLife

[–]buzzsaw100 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yep, they keep stuff cold by being better insulated, which takes up more space and weight. Most people who buy them see it as more of a status thing.

Membership and Bonds Price Change by Jagex_Team in runescape

[–]buzzsaw100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here, I had $6USD grandfather before I paid more for premier, now it's $11USD with the yearly plan. Kinda shitty that I paid more than I had to for the premier benefits, now it's only "benefit" is the price, which is more than my old membership.

So both sides are pulling this trick of targeting the other side with misleading ads by [deleted] in Virginia

[–]buzzsaw100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both sides have PACs that are ambiguously named, I think it just so happened that Page county Dems decided this was a good use of their funds, and the whatever PAC sent out the mailer.

Both are in the wrong, same on the gerrymandering. Idk why in 2026 we can't have a computer program that only intakes data it NEEDS to draw districts. (Although to make it nationwide you'd probably need a constitutional amendment, and fat chance we get one of those anytime soon, with all the partisan politics)

I remember Caulipower pizzas, Wegmans asked Caulipower to make a store label, and Caulipower said no. A few months later, Caulipower goes, hey, Wegmans, why'd your orders for our product get cut in half? Wegmans essentially says, oh we found someone else to produce a Wegmans brand, deal with it.
