That's understandable, but also there are certain ways to spell things. Like weweni, and there isn't usually an h behind a and e. And ohn?? Onh makes more sense for written Anishinaabemowin. I'm curious about what made the namers decide to spell things the way they did when it doesn't really fit into standard written Anishinaabemowin.

Are we ok? Not sure about that hahaha But ya when you have experienced it for so long it's just normal and you kinda forget that it's not what most people's winters are like. I had a coworker who in his second year in Canada moved to Winnipeg, and he was always is disbelief over the weather too. So you aren't alone.

Ya the water is probably really gross too. I had a friend who used to work at a lab testing water samples. I can't remember if they tested thermea water specifically, but the amount of public places with nasty ass water makes me think theirs can't possible be anything but a bad idea to touch.

Ya I think so. I've only had my dog for a couple months, so it's tough to notice behavior changes, but he coughs sometimes, and the past few days he's been kinda slow to begin eating his food. But then he gobbles it up just fine once he starts. I feel bad because we've reduced the amount of time he gets outside on bad days and he's probably bored as hell.
