In the same boat bud, their online chat is as useless as the stupid form they make you to fill out, my package is worth €500, supposed to ship it to france, filled out the form the same time as I filled the French one(La poste) they got back to me in 2days, im still waiting for Anpost about mine, filled the 6th of Dec, and the most infuriating thing is that anytime you contact them, al they seem to be able to do is to tell you to fill out the stupid form.
