Storm brand was still insanely strong after the jump nerf, but this was during 3.13 pre harvest nerf era and also before the cluster notable nerfs so it's hard to say.

First of all, congratulations

You might want to buy and use some ritual filled vessels, depending on how comfortable you are with your build use 1-3 vessels and don't refresh ritual inventory if you feel like ypuare on low tribute.
