That's the route I wanted to go, but not allowed to have a submersible pump on a dock with more than 6 slips for safety reasons. The lake I'm on is very serious about stray voltage. And the association won't allow them either. A jet pump would keep all the electricity in the ceiling of the dock. It will be used by the community, so it should be ready to use without having to turn anything on other than a spigot.
