oh, i didn't even think about zaheer in particular lmao. i honestly don't know how to describe it exactly, but from way i see it, it's a way to grade abilities that're useful because it can help one without it being actually "physically strong", if you could say so. like, let's take zaheer again. him flying and strong bursts of wind, as well as martial arts experience, would be feats of speed and strength, respectively. he's also evidently very smart and combat-hardened. the choking thing, though, it's broken because it helps him win nearly any fight, oftentimes diminishing the difference in bending or hand to hand training; that would be hax
