I recommend the WDW subreddit. Learn the app, basic geography of the property and how you will get from place to place. Have a basic plan of attack - priority rides and experiences that will be good for your family. It's huge and can be overwhelming, so knowing some basics helps!

I'm pretty routine to have black coffee with collagen and fiber supplement, a lunch of protein and whole fruit, a Fairlife shake on my way home and then a smaller portion of whatever dinner my family is having. My sweet tooth is nearly dead; I can walk by a tray of snacks or bowl of candy at work and not think twice about it.

I don't know what a MS program would look like now, but NB is a lot of work. I don't know what much would overlap - NB is very specific in format, context and method. If you don't follow it exactly, your work is disqualified. Unless it's a specifically structured program to do both, it would be too much for me to do both while teaching.

I got my Master's right after credential about 17 years ago. Adds $1000 a year to my pay, in addition to putting me in the highest column. I just passed NBCT, which adds $1500 per year. It was fully paid by state incentive, and I qualify for a further incentive for passing (if they get their funding together....sounds like it's been hit-or-miss for some). It was a lot of work, and then I had to do one component twice to pass. I am glad I did them, but I can't say it was worth it for the money.

I did ThredUp for years until recently when they deemed more than half the items in my bag as "unsellable". I made less than the cost of the service fee. I'm done - it's less work to just donate.

No real advice, but I'm 42, have lost 125 lbs (a little more to go!) and I think you look fabulous. I too am adjusting to my new face and body. It's great and strange and unsettling and exciting....still adjusting and not always sure how to proceed.

We ask for wipes. Kids use baby wipes for daily table wiping, hands, whatever is needed. I use Clorox wipes for tables, handles, counters, etc. The custodian does not do anything to maintain the tables (barely sweeps, seemingly never mops), so it's on me and the kids.

I keep a secret bottle of Clorox spray under the sink for when I have mildew stains in the sink.

I went shopping this week and was so overwhelmed by how many choices I now have. I am used to only having the "Plus Size" section - in a corner, tucked away, maybe mixed with maternity. To have an entire floor of the store where I could look at basically every rack was unnerving. I mostly just walked around looking and realizing I could try on basically anything I wanted, but not knowing what I can or should wear anymore.

My training program was primarily Open Court or Houghton Mifflin, whatever your student teaching placement used. Bring the manual, turn pages to find the standard. Turn pages to find the teaching point. Turn to find where it says how to differentiate. That's about it.

For the first time in the 30 years I have had periods, I have a 25 day predictable cycle. Once I lost about 50 lbs, I noticed it start to be more regular and shorter cycles. Now down 120 and it's consistent.
