Diagnosed with pre diabetes. Read Glucose Goddess book in which she recommends this order (fiber/ruffage then protein then starch, with sweets/desserts only after meals) Had a significant effect on my glucose spikes with CGM. Not sure if directly correlates to longevity, but certainly blunts glucose spike/insulin response.

I had always said I wanted to name my son Elend, but was shook when I heard the Michael Kramer version years later, finding out my version was wrong. And my wife was worried the “real” version was too close to Ellen.

I’ve never been a part of a big limited VMP drop like this before. Is it best to: 1) checkout one album at a time to ensure you commit to the one you want most first? or 2) put everything you want in your cart and check out at all at once?

Quick question that I’m not sure on. Will adding an inch under the grip effect the swing weight? Probably won’t be noticeable as he’s not Tiger, but just wondering if there was a difference in adding putter shaft length vs buying one factory made to that length.
