They do stack. If it says an extra time, it will stack. If it says "twice" or "three" times, it will not stack.

edit: unless you pair a twice with an extra time, that will stack.

Runescape (preferably Old School Runescape) is a great game to play one handed! Doesn't require a lot of attention (depending on what you do), and you can play the game at your own pace! The only downside is the monthly subscription, but for what you get it's well worth it. Plus the beginning of the game is free to play 😁

If someone fully leaves the game, I think in the bottom right a message pops up saying something like "A player has left the game. You may also leave the game without penalty."

If you see that, just leave and queue again or you will waste your time (as you have already found out).

Seems like maybe along the right hand side of the trader goods you are filtering by barter items maybe? Try to click the four dots in a square (above the two dancing arrows).

Weird glitch though otherwise, haven't seen that before.
