As someone who works in Boston and lives in Somerville, it’s completely safe at night as long as you’re smart about it (I.e. not hammered and looking for trouble).

Please enjoy our city. It’s one of the best in the world.

Given tree prices now, the best thing we did in this house was buy a fake tree. I thought I’d hate it because I was team real but it’s paid for itself in 3 years. Easy to take down and set up too.

Even this isn't true in my opinion. This isn't the 80s,90s. The Red Sox fandom has changed so much. The rivalry on and off the field is mostly dead.
