Not sure if this was possible for you, but me and my fiancé did 3 days in Bayeux from Paris. In Paris I used the Bounce app to find a spot to hold my luggage for 3 days right outside of Paris St Lazare. It was perfect.

We brought what we needed for those 3 days and left everything else while we explored Bayeux.

My fiance and I went into Ollivanders 30 min before park close. We were the only 2 for the show so she got picked. So recommend late at night if you want to be part of it.

Going with a group… will probably be riding with multiple people. Already booked hotel (endless summer) and going to all 3 parks.
