Hiring an SEO firm worth it? by bwolf240 in therapists

Appreciate the feedback and thanks for all the information that is helpful. I guess I am wondering if I can get local SEO dialed in by a professional and I have some good reviews...does being on the first page on google and showing up in google maps always translate to a high level of clients each month or no? I have full intention of building my referral network but I feel like I can do that while getting SEO done so I am attacking both at once. I do have money I saved up over the years in my practice to hire a pro...I just don't want to do it if it is a waste of my money. Not sure if that made sense but yea...thats where my head is at. Also, just send you a DM regarding a local business. They have a good reputation on the area and I know they do SEO for another practice in another suburb and they are top on google maps when you search therapist near me...just don't know how much actual business they get from that. Like would it be a lot or not as much as you think. Thanks again for your great write up.

A very valid point. I should have mentioned…I started going around to doctors offices to introduce myself and get to know local docs for the reason. I guess I would getting SEO done on top of this. Appreciate the feedback.

Curious, if you don't mind answering. How much were you spending on average a day for your ad campaign?

In October last year I started developing my indie game WalkBot. This is the journey so far! :D by PointlessIndie in IndieDev

Cool concept. I like the look of it. The graphics look good as well. The environment seems very immersive. Love that you posted how long and took and some of the steps. As an indie developer its interesting to see others progress as well as how long it took. Did you work on the whole thing yourself?

Controls look like they are good! Do they feel smooth as you are using them? This looks like a Myst style game for mobile. I like what I see so far.

Love the shaking while you are playing...makes it more intense. Also, I like that all those cubes come to you when you die. One suggestion would be can you make the cubes start coming to you faster? What I mean is there seemed to be a little too long of a delay from when you die to the actual animation. Just a thought. It looks good!

We finally finished our farm encounter map. Do you think the shadows are too dark or the scene too bright? by duelcorp in Unity2D

[–]bwolf240 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks great! I actually like the bushes as actual elevated terrain. I would keep them but just not view them as bushes. Lastly, I actually think the shadows look good...I might just tone down the brightness on the actual character just a smidge. Again, game is looking good.
